How your voice is handled
When you speak in an episode, your speech is sent to OpenAI, which turns it into text and creates the character’s reply. We don’t store recordings of your voice ourselves, and we don’t use your conversations to train AI.
OpenAI may keep data for a limited time under its own terms, for example to check for abuse. The privacy notice has the details.
Keep it fictional
Episodes are make-believe, so you never need to share a real address, card number, password or other private detail. In the hotel, any name will do for the booking.
