How to cancel
Open Membership in your account and cancel there. If you’d rather, email hello@dearlingo.com and we’ll cancel it for you. You don’t need to give a reason.
What happens next
- Cancel during the free trial, and you won’t be charged.
- Cancel a paid plan, and it won’t renew.
- You keep access until the trial or paid period ends.
- Changed your mind? You can undo the cancellation before then. If you rejoin later, there’s no second free trial.
Canceling isn’t a refund
Canceling stops future charges. To get money back for a charge already made, see our refund policy.
