How to delete it
Email hello@dearlingo.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may check with you first, to make sure the request really comes from you.
What happens
Deleting your account also cancels your membership and ends your access. Before we delete it, we explain what information is removed, any records we must keep by law and how to ask for a refund.
Closing your browser or clearing its data doesn’t delete your account. For the difference from canceling, see Cancel or delete?
Your privacy rights
The privacy notice explains your rights and what information we hold. Billing and legal records can have their own retention rules.
