Check your receipts
Search your email for a receipt from around the payment date, and look at the product and seller named on it. Polar handles payments for many businesses, so its name alone doesn’t mean the charge is from Dear Lingo.
Was it the end of a free trial?
An annual trial turns into a $99.99 charge after 7 days unless it was canceled. If that’s what happened, see A charge after your free trial.
Ask us to check
Email hello@dearlingo.com with the date, amount and exact statement description, plus a receipt reference if you have one. Please don’t send your full card number. We’ll tell you whether it’s ours. If you believe a payment wasn’t authorized, you can also contact your bank.
