Why you were charged
The annual plan charges $99.99, plus any taxes shown at checkout, when the 7-day trial ends, unless it was canceled first.
Get a full refund
Email hello@dearlingo.com within 14 days of the charge, with the purchase email, date and amount. You don’t need to give a reason. We refund the full amount and end the membership.
If you canceled in time
Include your cancellation confirmation or the date you canceled. We’ll check our records and correct the charge.
